I’m the founder of Frame of Mind Counselling, and I’m dedicated to creating a space where people feel genuinely heard, understood and supported. At the heart of my work is the belief that healing begins when we feel safe enough to show up as we are.
I work with children, teens and adults, and my approach is warm, grounding and clinically informed. Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong.” It’s about creating space for insight, growth and self-compassion.
People often reach out when something feels heavy but is hard to name. You might feel worn down, unsettled or unsure of what you need, and that’s okay.
Perhaps your mind keeps circling back to the same worries. Perhaps you hold everything together for everyone else, with little left for yourself. Or perhaps you’re noticing old patterns in your relationships, your family or the way you see yourself that you’re ready to change.
In our sessions, you’ll find a calm and compassionate space to slow down and be heard, free from judgement or pressure.
We’ll work at your pace, gently exploring your story, your emotions and the patterns that shape your life, while building practical skills you can carry into your everyday.
I believe therapy should make room for both vulnerability and strength. Growth doesn’t need to be rushed, and meaningful change often begins when we feel safe enough to understand ourselves with greater compassion.
